Yeshua, “Who is the image of the invisible God,… all things were created by him, and for him… And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church…” (Col. 1:15-18)
We desire that our Lifestyle, Doctrine, Ethics, and Values reflect Christ’s beauty, nature, and preeminence.
1. Being radical lovers of God and one another.
2. A healthy community refusing to deviate from the “bulls-eye” of eternal vision no matter the circumstances.
3. Disciples who are faithful, available, teachable, and willing to give their lives away for the cause.
4. Ambassadors of Christ with the ministry of reconciliation commanding kingdom alignment everywhere the soles of their feet shall tread.
5. Holy people moved by compassion for the lost, healing the broken hearted, and liberating the captives. Son’s and daughter’s unrelentingly walking out the mission of Christ.
We Believe Loving Yehovah Means that All Christians Should Define Themselves as Passionate Worshipers of Their Creator.
Therefore, we value the opportunity to worship God freely and expressively in songs, movement, acts of service, and giving both in corporate gatherings and through our individual lives, as living sacrifices. (Rom. 12:1) Our aim is to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
We Believe that Loving Our Neighbor Means that Acts In Motion Christian Church Should be a Loving and Hospitable Community.
Therefore, we believe that relationships are vital, and that building meaningful friendships in the Body of Christ is key to fulfillment. We value lives in the family and we share life one-on-one, home fellowship, as well as corporate gatherings. Central to the life of this ministry is love, encouragement, care, (Gal. 6:2) equipping, and activation found in the Holy Scriptures. We believe all are equal and have their place no matter race, age, biblical gender, or class in this ministry. (1 Cor. 14:26, Gal. 3:28)
We Believe That God Has Given the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to Function in the Body Today.
In Christ’s Body, we anticipate that every gift will function properly for the edification of the whole Body. (Rom. 12:4-8; 1 Cor. 12:4-11: Eph. 4:11-16) Therefore, the people being equipped by God’s servant government through the Holy Spirit, are exhorted to know their identity and spiritual gifts to be effective in their calling. Acts In Motion Christian Church is where people can discover what abilities Yeshua ha Mashiach has given them and where they should use their gifts to serve in His Kingdom. We expect to see God inspired gifts operating in everyday situations and every time we assemble.
We Believe That Christ’s Followers Should Grow in Maturity.
Therefore, we believe that God’s people should be open to change, humility, teachable, forgiving, follow scriptural conflict resolution, and proactive in learning. They should have an unfolding and expanding sense of what it means to grow into the image of Christ.
We Believe that Yeshua has Given the Graces of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher through Dedicated Servants to Prepare God’s People to Serve Well.
This is to build up Christ’s Body until we all reach the unity of the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (Eph 4: 11-16)
We recognize that specific individuals are God’s gifts to the body today. We will actively raise up and network with these ministries to inspire, equip, and impart their grace to us.
We Believe that Christ’s Body Should Grow Both in Terms of Numbers and Influence.
Therefore, we believe that God’s people should have a strong revelation of His Kingdom. We have an expectation for new converts to be added to this local body. We also anticipate that God’s people will take every opportunity to influence the world as salt and light, taking seriously Christ’s commission to disciple nations. (Matt. 28:18-20; Romans 10:13-15)
We Believe that Acts In Motion Christian Church Should be an Equipping and Sending Ministry.
We encourage God’s people to have an outward focus–others mindedness. We value sharing gifting, support and resources both across the region and throughout the world as bridge builders. Our desire is to disciple and send passionate ministers out with revelation of God’s eternal purpose. We are always in the process of being prepared to go into all the world, as God’s ambassadors.
